Man in critical condition after two-car crash in Pennsylvania

Oftentimes following a car accident, a victim may instinctually know that another driver was at fault in a crash. However, they may not know what exact regulations the driver violated or what laws were involved. As with most other types of accidents, legal claims in car accidents are governed by the law of negligence. When another driver is suspected to be at fault in an accident, victims can oftentimes aggressively pursue negligence claims backed by a strong and informed legal strategy.

Following a recent crash that occurred on a boulevard in Pennsylvania, a man suffered serious injuries early one Sunday morning. According to reports, a car travelling northbound went from the outer lane into the inner lane, eventually colliding with a median and then striking a sedan. The sedan then hit a tree, followed by a metal guard rail.

The driver of the sedan was then trapped inside his vehicle. Firefighters arrived on the scene to free the man, a process which took about 15 minutes. He was then taken to a nearby hospital. According to reports, the man's condition was considered serious.

When a car accident results in serious injuries, victims are oftentimes burdened with not only long-lasting physical pain, but financial strains as well. While legal action cannot do anything to erase the physical pain and suffering resulting from an accident, it can, in some cases, help alleviate some of the financial strain.

Legal action oftentimes takes the form of a negligence claim. A negligence claim can help victims fight for the compensation they need to help pay for medical expenses and other costs resulting from the accident. Negligence claims are often strengthened by a strong case that brings together various forms of evidence to aggressively pursue justice.
